If you skip a glass of orange juice or one-time treat it will protect you from gaining 2 pounds of weight which you may gain otherwise. Try to avoid food items which contain excessive calories. Do not eat oily foods because oily foods will not only cause fatness and obesity but are also harmful to your skin.

 

5)    KEEP RECORD OF EVERYTHING YOU EAT:-

If you want to lose weight then you should keep the record of everything which you eat. According to the results of different researchers people who keep record of things lose 6 pounds more weight than those who do not. While recording every food item should be considered. You should not ignore anything. For example, if you have taken tea after a meal then it should also be included or, in other words, your report should be complete.

 

6)    MAKE PLANE OF DIET FOR WHOLE WEEK:-

You should make a proper plan for the whole week that what r you going to eat in a week. Include healthy ingredients in this plane and then stick to it.
